Peer reviewer cannot log in back to finish her peer review

If for any reason, peer review is disconnected or wants to come back to finish his/her peer review, the system locks him out. Not many people can do their peer review in one session.

Thanks for sharing this feedback about the peer review process, @HosseinTavana . Has the student asked Canvas Support to investigate this? A member of Canvas Support can look into the environment and determine what circumstances are causing the student to be unable to complete a peer review in process after being unexpectedly disconnected.

FYI, when it happened again I asked the student to open a ticket with the Canvas support but they could not fix it and she could not finish her peer review.
