[Permissions] Separate Rubric Permissions

I am one of three full Canvas administrators on campus. We are wanting to add departmental rubrics in addition to the individuals or course rubrics, but as Canvas permissions are currently set the permissions for rubrics are all (add, edit, delete) or none. We would like to make sure the course instructors cannot edit or delete the departmental rubrics. Therefore, I would like to request that we be able to provide each of the rubric permissions per user. It would be even better if we could set those permissions per rubric.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
