It would be super helpful to be able to hyperlink right in my emails as I can with Outlook. I'm not sure why the email through Canvas comes across so basic.
Thanks for sharing this idea, @JenniferEsser . I've found that when I type a valid URL into a message, it automatically converts to a clickable hyperlink upon sending.
The Canvas Inbox is a messaging system; it's not intended to be an email client. If you are looking for the ability to perform additional formatting of messages, please add your support to this long-standing and actively monitored request: Add rich-content editor to Conversations.
