Portfolium Resume Upload - Work Experience Duplication

When a person uploads a new resume, Portfolium automatically pulls their work experience out and adds it to their profile. If they already had work experience there, it will duplicate. Then they have to manually clean up the work experience section of their Portfolium page.

It seems like this is actually sort of buggy in my opinion, but I was told this was known and expected behavior.

My idea/request is for a checkbox on the resume upload function to disable importing work experience.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
