[Calendar] Promote View Calendar to main course menu item

Getting to a course calendar from a course is a small link and makes it feel as though course calendars are a lower-importance, de-prioritized part of Canvas. A way to help this would be to make it easier to get to the calendar. At the very least, promote the small "view calendar" text-only link to a full right hand context menu item in the course home page menu. Preferably, also allow adding a link to it to the course navigation menu.

EDIT: It's worth nothing, this currently exists this way (right hand context menu) in the Settings page, but not the Home page. And there's also no way to add it to the course navigation menu.
