Quiz Imports - Tie them to Quiz Name rather than some Invisible Quiz ID which Users can't change

Please change your code to tie Quiz Imports to the Quiz Name, rather than some hidden Quiz ID. 

The issue is the users want to import Quizzes from a previous course to the next course.  But then when we import something larger, like a Module, it will overwrite the new quiz even after we have invested substantial work on the new quiz.  As users, we only have control over the Quiz Name.  So if we've bothered to rename the new Quiz, Canvas should follow suit and assign it a different Quiz ID.  Please change it so Canvas follows the Users lead on Quiz imports, rather than overwriting the User's wishes and destroying the hours we've invested in changing the quizzes.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
