[Courses] Remove Staff from courses from the account course list view

It is a very straightforward process to add a user to a course in the course list view. An authorized user (Admin) can click on the plus button enter the user's email address, login id, or sis id and click a few buttons, and presto, the user is added. To remove a user is not that easy. You have to either click on the user's name, find the course in the list of enrollments and click the red x button that appears or enter the course, go to people, find the person, click on the 3 dots to the right of their name and finally click remove from the course.

If there was a minus sign or a red x next to the staff member's name in the course list view it could be shortened to a single click.
