Remove or Organize Old Courses

My "courses" tab is filled with all the classes I have ever taken and it's an annoying eyesore.

It appears that only professors can remove me from courses I've completed in the past. But asking overworked, underpaid professors to go back through old class rosters to remove me is not happening. It's a drain on their time, and my asking them is an inappropriate focus on my gumption to get them to do more unpaid work.

There should be a way for students to delete, rearrange, or hide previous course in canvas.

I agree this is also a problem that I am having. I think it would be best if it automatically dropped off canvas once the semester ended.

Please add a way to remove the dashboard cards. I have a bunch of cards that are irrelevant to my studies displayed, with no way to remove them.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
