Replace "Master" terms with "Outcome"

Idea: Replace "Mastery" language with "Outcomes" proficiency language.

There is a conversation happing in my instructor communities about the use of master/slave terminology and where it appears in educational spaces. There are several alternatives, but a colleague of mine pointed out that even if he uses something different in class (like Outcomes grading or Outcomes proficiency) that Canvas still reports it as Mastery and therefore students still use the "Master" language.  Would Canvas reconsider its use of "master" terminology, in that it is also a way in which this language is further perpetuated among teachers and students in educational settings?
