[Courses] Report Showing Course Edits

Many of our courses are team-taught with several instructors and TAs. I would like the ability to run a report showing what changes were made to the course showing a date/time stamp along with the user who made the change.  The types of changes this report should show include:

- Items added within modules
- Any new course content created
- Any course content deletions
- Quiz and assignment creation and deletion

Edit:  Ideally, this report could be run by the instructor.  My second choice would be to have it run by the Canvas admin.
