I would like to be able to write something and set it to submit at a set time. I feel like this could be abused but I would at least up to a day or two in advance.

Could you provide more information to your idea? Are you hoping to write up an assignment submission or discussion reply when using the Rich Content Editor that will submit automatically at a specified time?

Just wanted to make sure I understand your idea before opening it for conversation. My understanding is you'd like to create an assignment submission or discussion reply using the Rich Content Editor and would like to set a time for it will automatically submit, does that sound right? Could you provide more information about the use case and add that to your idea?
