Separate Studio Comments in Group Discussions

When an instructor creates a group discussion and adds a Studio video where groups are asked to add comments to the video timeline, the comments are visible to all students across all groups, instead of just the students in their group. I would like for each group to have a "clean" copy of the video with just their comments; not all the comments from all the groups.

I second this request for video comments to be contained within discussion groups. This feature would be very useful!

Comments from Instructure

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
