Show Groups icon on navigation for Teacher role

Faculty (teacher role, or any that have view groups permissions) would like to see the same groups icon that students see to access group homepages for their course.   Currently it is confusing to faculty because they don't see the same groups icon as students do.

It would help faculty be more efficient with their time if they could click on the groups icon like students and see all the groups they created and have links to the groups homepage immediately without the additional clicks they have now to access the People page, click on a group-set, and then click the ... 3 dots to access the homepage for that group.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
