Show Observer/Observed status in profiles

It would make our life much easier (Canvas Admins) if we could easily see who is observing a student. Likewise we would like to see which students an Observer is following. Like most school districts we have multiple parents, SPED, EL, and other support teachers observing students. Can this information be added to student and observer profiles?

I just encountered this need. While I can go to my SIS to find a parent and come back to Canvas to search, I would prefer to search the student, since that is what I know right this minute, and easily find the observers.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
