[Speedgrader] Double Blind Second Marking

In UK HE institutions we need our assignments to be marked by a first marker, then by a second marker who cannot see the first markers grade nor comment.  They then meet up to compare and contrast.

Canvas can do this through the moderation option but that requires a third person.  Is there a way it can be set up so the third person isnt needed.  Have it work similar to this:

1. First person marks the work in speedgrader
2. Second person chooses speedgrader (rather than moderate) to mark the work meaning they cannot see the grade/comment from the first marker
3. Either marker can then open the moderate tab to compare and contrast, choosing the final grade.

Would this be tenable?

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
