Speedgrader Student Viewed Document options

Currently, Speedgrader shows the INITIAL date a student viewed their document when an instructor uses the DocumentViewer to add feedback and comments.

I suggest a history log be stored to show any and all dates the student accessed the file to view feedback.

This is helpful for instructors to track how often and IF a student is viewing the comments left on a submission during the grading process.
