Speedgrader change
Missing assignments entered as zero lose "missing" status. This complicates syncing to skyward. Before the change: enter zeroes, use default if needed, post, sync to skyward, done. After the change: If zeroes are entered, then synced, skyward does not recognize them as missing, must manually go to each class and enter missing for missing work lists. Also, after the change, can't use default grade because it would fill in the score on missing work, so grades must be manually entered. Then posted, synced to skyward, go back to skyward to fill in zeroes, go back to canvas, fill in zeroes. This will also confuse a canvas observer who thinks the assignment was submitted, but was graded zero. Please provide an option to revert back, the new change is a step back and much more time consuming.
