Standards Sync in powerschool

When I sync my grades in powerschool there is no standard attached. This is a canvas problem and a powerschool problem because this renders the grading sync almost useless. 

To get the standards to attach correctly I have to manually reenter grades.

Eventually, we will support this, but it is dependent on both us and PowerSchool fully adopting the still not finalized OneRoster 1.2 specification.
