Student Self-assign Group Leader

Colleagues of mine are really keen for a function to be available whereas students are able to choose who is the leader within groups. The reason for this is for them to take personal responsibility, to collaboratively make decisions and for the 'leader' to be a joint decision (rather than the current random or 'first-in' options). 

The ability to allocate roles, after being added to the group, would allow for this to be possible and for groups to work in a way which has been determined by all involved.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
