Subgroups needed when using INBOX

I have created a “group” in Canvas of a subset of students to allow me to contact them in INBOX without constantly adding their names as recipients. I have needed to create a subset of these students for even more specific communication and was told by your help desk that this is not an option.  Please consider this option as soon as possible. In this time of the pandemic, communication is beyond exhausting, but absolutely necessary.  Constantly choosing names from a list to create subgroups each time takes away from the time needed to prepare lessons and teach.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
