The admin tools - view notifications feature is really helpful - unfortunately - it doesn't show communication to pending users.
When you add a student to a course (who is brand new to Canvas) by using the People/+People button) a notification email is sent to the user inviting them to create and account in order to accept the enrollment in the course. Some users may contact Canvas support or a Canvas admin if they don't receive the notification. Unfortunately, if you go to admin tools - view notifications and search for this pending account - it does not return any information.
This would be valuable and useful to see because we often have new users say they are not receiving the course invitation email - if we could verify that it was sent successfully - then we know it's likely on their side (spam filter or whatever).
