Teacher app show course with student message

Currently, a message from a student in the Inbox, on the Teacher app, doesn't show what class the student is in. The advantage of the Canvas Inbox, in a browser, is that it labels the course for us. The only way I see to get that information on the Teacher app is if I filter by the course before reading messages. That's clunky *and* the current courses are at the bottom of the list (which gets longer each additional term...). 

IDEA: show the course with the student message, this is really essential for efficiency, building relationships, and maximizing the app usefulness

IF YOU HAVE TO: At least put the current classes at the top of the filter list.

I agree. By not having the course number visible in the messages in the Canvas Teacher app, replying to students when I'm away from my computer often becomes a cumbersome process and could even lead me to delay responding to a student for many hours.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
