[Modules] Text Headers in Modules have heading tags (h3) rather then span

I was disappointed to see that the "Text Headers" that you can add to modules are just spans, they aren't a heading tag.

It would improve accessibility if these were heading tags

There is "<h2 class="screenreader-only">Module Title</h2>" for the module level headings, but these "text headers" do not appear to have an equivalent h3 tag.
