Unread badge for new announcements in Course Navigation

Please make a function that allows students to see if there are new Announcements on the side of the Announcements tab, like they have for when new grades are posted, with an orange dot and how many new announcements have been made!

 - A student that has professors that think we can just keep our life under control 24/7 and feel okay with taking 7 classes while not receiving any notifications for new announcements.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
