Update title when viewing a file to the files name

When viewing a file (from Files tab > click on a file), the title of the tab is simply "Files". This is incredibly annoying when having multiple files open in different tabs and can't distinguish between these tabs. Instead, the title of the tab should change dynamically when viewing a file to identify the tab

@dblitt, could you possibly provide a screenshot or steps to reproduce the behavior you're seeing? When I preview a file in the Files area I see the filename in the preview window as I'd expect but I may not be looking where you are looking.

Hi @dlyons I'm looking at the title of the browser tab, so in other words the <title> tag of the document or `document.title` in reference to the DOM.
