Use same grade everywhere (do not round on "New Analytics")

This semester, a student told me (lied?) Canvas showed them an 87 instead of the 86.9 I saw in the gradebook. Looking around, I noted that the New Analytics page is showing rounded grades (e.g., 87% instead of 86.9%). I suspect the student isn't seeing this, but these inconsistencies confuse things. Please use the same function (e.g., round or floor) and degree of precision everywhere.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
