View/Add Rubric from Assignments Main Page

Hello folks. I know how to add and use rubrics from the assignment details pages.

My questions is:  Is it possible to add an "add/view Rubric" item to the three-dots drop-down menu that already exists on the Main Assignments page?

There are many times that we as instructors need to verify that the proper rubric has been attached to an assignment but navigating to the details takes time- especially if the internet speed is low or there is net congestion. I think that this bypass would also serve students well and prevent the need to load extra pages unnecessarily.
