[Files] Warning Message for Deleting a Folder that is not Empty

I would like to have instructure add a warning dialog box when a non-empty folder is trying to be deleted.

Currently if you delete a folder all you get is the dialog box to confirm deletion of the folder. 

I can envision scenarios where some instructors may inadvertently delete content when deleting a folder that is not empty.
