add "referrerpolicy" atribute to html editor

A JSTOR database collection was signed for our institution and they requested that the release of access to the site be placed in an authenticated area (login and password). We would like it to be on a CANVAS page, but the command line (referrer policy) is not allowed by the html editor, that is, when the instruction is inserted, the editor deletes it. We would like this attribute to be added so that there is the necessary communication between CANVAS and JSTOR.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
