course index to view all courses

There needs to ba a site index where instructors are able to search for and view any other instructor's published course within our PreK-12 instance.  I do not want to make courses public as that would share course information and cause a break in our confidentiality with students and parents.

In our previous LMS there was a course search tool where an instructor could search for any course or instructor and view the course materials.

Thanks for sharing this idea. This is theoretically possible using existing Canvas features, so please ask the local Canvas admin for your district to see whether they can accommodate this for you and your teachers.

I am the Canvas admin.  I've reached out to support and our CSM without any luck in getting help to enable this
