direct submit of term papers by professors

I think it would be a good idea for professors/instructors to be able to submit a student's term paper directly to turnitin.com.  Occasionally, I have had students having technical issues with their computers and they've asked me to submit their paper for them.

Safe Assign, another anti-plagiarism program, allows this and it works out well for me.

Also, please add your support to the long-standing and actively-monitored conversation that addresses this from the Canvas side:  Submit an assignment on behalf of a student

We've archived this idea in light of Turnitin's solution and the existing idea.
