quiz in studio videos

We are trying to create a free response question in a video in our studio but it looks like we can only do true/false or multiple choice. When I go to a video in studio and click on the snowman, I get a quizzes option.  It allows me to turn the video into a quiz and to put certain questions in the video...but the questions are only multiple choice or true false. I would like to assign free response questions. For example, "what did you think of this video?"
