"Frequent comments" tool for emails via Inbox

It would be great to be able to store frequent comments made to students via the Inbox. I am very glad that we now have a tool that does this for frequent assignment comments. (Side note: That one is still a little slow at the moment. I'm hoping this is a "growing pain" and that it will be tweaked to become faster and more efficient in the near future). It would be very helpful to have something like that for the Inbox, so that we can comment easily on FAQ. Thanks!

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
