"Send a Message to Students Who" INSIDE SPEEDGRADER Comments

I would like to send the same private comment in speedgrader to multiple students. Similar to the "send a message to students who" in the grade book, but I want it to come up in the recent feedback and private comment dialogue with students within the assignment and not in our inboxes disconnected from the assignment.

Please add "Message students who..." from the speedgrader or the list of assignments, similar to from the gradebook. Some instructors are having difficulties searching for and finding individual assignments in their gradebooks where this feature lives.
