What value could this provide to users?

  • Reporting templates for Canvas Parent app usage data for K12 as parents and guiardians are encouraged to use the app to observe their students.

As an administrator, I would like to have more control over the customisation of Impact content (including Out-of-the-box content) and also have more ways to link to Impact content (Support Articles/Categories/Center, Messages, Routing).

What value could this provide to users?

April 2023 • Retrieving raw Impact data via pull APIs for storage and manipulation, as well as pushing out communication via push APIs allow institutions to have more control over their data and actions with Impact and enhance their overall administrative capabilities.

  • Select existing custom user groups or concluded campaign user lists as criteria when defining new custom user groups

October 2023 • Offering abilities to add, edit, and customize Custom User Groups in Impact based on additional conditions provides institutions more control in targeting users, reduces the time it takes to target specific users, and expands the reach of messaging to end users.
