Hi folks, it looks like Scott the Magnificent has already created us a CanvasHacks public classroom to play in, and enrolled us as teachers.
Any thoughts on structure? I have a similar course that is mostly complete that I am preparing for my faculty that I could upload to provide a bit of structure. It is intended for non-coders, and has the following module structure:
However, I am not a pushy sort, so whatever anybody else wants, I am more than happy to go along with. I can always upload stuff a piece at a time and fit it where I can.
My "lessons" are all one page, and include:
Let me know what your think!
Oh yah, and I also have a hokey Home page, because that's just the kind of guy I am:)
Solved! Go to Solution.
I accepted the invitation and I am in the classroom! Many thanks.

Hi Carrie,
I see your invitation as pending. I resent it. If you want an invite sent to an email address other than what you have listed in your community profile, please let me know.
Hmm, did not receive an invitation. Checked my junk email as well.
Hi Kelley, have been interested in the Classroom Hacks. I know that I requested to be added but don't recall getting an invitation, yet when I log into Canvas, I see the resources area as one of my options. However, I don't know how to login (and don't remember what email address I used -- probably my university account -- in my request). I feel like a real dunce -- I know that resources is separate from my university instance of Canvas, but how do I get a password to go along with my email with which I was added to the Hacks?
Thanks for your tolerance 🙂
Cindy.
I tried using the login for the invite for my regular Pierce College instructure site but that doesn't seem to work. Do I need to create a separate account for this one?
Thank you, Kelley. Glad to hear that you're local. I was recommended to the site by Renee Phoenix, as we were working on some my courses. I hope to meet you at some of our combined training activities!
