Hi everyone,
I'd like to hear about your approach or format for hosting informal workshops or workgroups. I'm comfortable offering a workshop with a set schedule and agenda, but I'd like to offer a workshop that's led more by the participants and the issues and questions that they bring to the session, but I want everyone to feel that they're getting something out of it. What are your tips for facilitating these sorts of sessions?
