Thank you for contacting Canvas Support. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with exporting quiz grades in your course. We understand that you have the grades hidden - is this via a manual posting policy in the gradebook or you clicked on the options in the header of the assignment and chose to "Hide Grades" from them? Regardless of the way they are hidden from your students, you should be able to export the gradebook to get a full run down of the scores for these students.

Once you have this file, you can remove any columns or information that you do not need. You mentioned importing these grades directly to your school's grading system. If this is an external tool you are using and more involved than simply entering these grades for the students it would be best to look at your school's setup specifically. Many different schools and organizations have alternative methods of finalizing or syncing grades.
