Random question - Does anyone when Canvas will post new videos for instructors and students here - Canvas Video Guide | Canvas Guides starring the new user interface? Currently, there are only two videos that pertain to the new UI, but they're only for admins.

@shouts , there was just a discussion about this yesterday and today over on this post - New UI Training Videos - and all the ones I've found here - go to the Canvas Guides page in the Community and click on Canvas Video Guide - have been updated (as of March 31, 2016) to the new UI even if they don't specifically mention it.
