How do I get help with Canvas as a student? - Canvas Community Following this Guide, you should see a link in the "Help" menu of your Canvas environment to "Ask Your Instructor a Question". This will send a message to your instructor so that he/she can respond to you. Or, you might try reaching out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they would be able to point you in the right direction.
Finally, here are a couple general video tutorials on assignments in Canvas, but you'd need to contact your instructor for specifics if you have questions about how to complete the assignment.
