Changing the names of the same class for importing modules

I teach at 2 different schools--I want to be able to change the classes names to be able to import materials from one course to the other without duplicating, etc.  Right now they both have generic names.  I have added different HOME PAGE names to each.  Please let me know.

If you have permissions, you should be able to go into your Settings (for each course) and change the Name and Course Code to be something more specific for yourself.   Just be sure to hit Updated Course Details at the bottom of the page to save the change!
