Support vs your CSM team

 

To find how you're able to contact Support, click the "Help" button from the menu on the left while you're logged into Canvas. Once you have done so, you will see a phone number, link to submit a ticket, or the ability to use LiveChat. The available options are determined by the Support package you have purchased for your institution. If you would like more information on the different levels of Support, you can reach out to us and we will happily go over your options and what they entail.
