What do you like the most about being a Customer Success Manager? As a past educator that used our LMS, I believe in Canvas and our other products ability to enhance and streamline the educational experience while saving teachers time in the process. I'm passionate about working with our clients to ensure that they're successful in using Canvas and all of its powerful features.
How long have you been at Instructure, and what was your previous role? I started at Instructure in August of 2019. Previous to this role I was a middle school science and photography teacher.
What's your favorite thing about Instructure's culture? I enjoy working for a company that deeply cares about its customers and values their feedback.
What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had? The weirdest (more like the most awesome) job I've ever had was working as a whale watch guide in the San Juan Islands.
Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why? New Zealand because the landscape is stunning and diverse and Kiwis are welcoming and kind.
