Description

When you authorize google apps on the lti_collaborations page before authorizing on the google apps nav page you will produce errors in google apps and collaborations until a token is later produced

Expected Behavior

Instead it should authorize correctly when accessed first in lti_collaborations

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a course and enable external collaborations feature option and publish the course
  2. Enroll a few users in the course
  3. In an incognito window login as a student and go to the course collaborations page
  4. Select to create a new collaboration and attempt to authorize and you will be presented with the first error the 401.
  5. Navigate to google apps and attempt to view your content there and you will be presented with the second error
