Assignment enhancements text entry submissions cannot insert text when editing

This case is related to the old Rich Content Editor, which is not compatible with the new Assignment Enhancements feature. This behavior will be resolved on January 16 when the New Rich Content Editor is enabled for all institutions.

Description

Students unable to edit text in place when the 'Assignments enhancements - Students' feature is enabled and the assignment is using a text submission.

Expected Behavior

Students should be able to edit or delete text entry drafts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the 'Assignments enhancements - student' feature option

2. Create a text entry assignment

3. As the student start writing some text

4. Attempt to move the curser and add more text

5. Notice the text is added at the end of the entry
