Assignments 2 student view errors when you try to submit media

This case cannot be reproduced. 

Description

When a student tries to submit an assignment after uploading a media upload with the Assignment Enhancements feature enabled on an assignment with media submission types and other submission types, the submission with fail with a graphQL error.

Expected Behavior

It should be able to submit the media after uploading it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up an assignment with a media create/upload option
2. Using Assignment Enhancements - Student feature flag, have a student upload some media
3. (Notice that it doesn't even tell you how long it's going to take to upload, and you can't tell if it's working at all - this should also be fixed)
4. After it's done and showing up in the submission type box, hit submit and notice the error
