Data missing in Admin Analytics


This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 4/6/23.


A problem in a data pipeline caused us to show incomplete data in Admin Analytics.

This has been resolved for customers in all regions except US-East (IAD).

Currently, customers hosted in US-East (IAD) might not see complete:

  • attachments. This affects the Feature Use in Canvas Courses chart.
  • submissions. This affects the Student Details table and the Submissions chart.

Expected Behavior

Users should be able to view all data in Admin Analytics.


No workaround exists at this time.
