Date locked future assignments show false prerequisites with Assignment Enhancements

Description

With Assignment Enhancements enabled, assignments that will unlock in the future falsely indicate that the previous module item is a pre-requisite with the message "Prerequisite Completion Period."

Expected Behavior

Indicate that the assignment is locked by date instead of by prerequisite.

Steps to Reproduce

Pre-requisites: Course with a student enrollment and the Assignment Enhancements feature option enabled.

1. Create an assignment with the "Online" submission type and a future "Available From" date.
2. Navigate to the Modules page and create two modules.
3. Add any item other than a Text Header to the first module.
4. Add the assignment created from Step 1 to the second module.
5. Masquerade as the student in the course and access the assignment. Notice that "Prerequisite Completion Period" displays with a link to the item in the first module.
