This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment as of 3/12/25
Description
When adding a login to a user account, a message pops up "An error occurred while adding login" even though the login appears to be added still.
Expected Behavior
Instead it should not pop up the error message.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: A user.

As an admin, attempt to add a new login manually to a user.

Notice you get an error message even though the login is still added.
