When students select to upload files through the Google Assignments (LTI 1.3) tool, and Assignment Enhancements Feature preview is enabled, we can not generate a preview for the resulting file.

OR establish parity for handling homework_submission Deep Linking response across Assignment Enhancements and non-Enhancements
